No, PAPAYANWELL does not practice calorie counting. Instead, we encourage intuitiveness eating habits and measure this by clients weekly food journals, portion sizes, meal plate creations and fuelling recipes/meal plans.

What’s special about PAPAYANWELL is that clients do not need to book multiple followups after their consultations. We believe that long term habits take time, which is why you have 24/7 texting support within our programs and can schedule a follow up call anytime within your program.
