Nutritionist are not medical doctors nor dieticians and are not licensed to treat, prescribe or diagnose a disease, but can recommend and suggest basic dietary advice and lifestyle habit improvements.

You understand that the information and content of these services are not used to determine or treat any health-related conditions such as, weight loss or gain, obesity or any eating disorder.

Use of these services implies that you assume all risks before signing up with any program associated with PAPAYANWELL.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If possible, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or to reschedule an appointment. Understandably, situations can occur that may prevent timely notice; therefore, it is at the discretion of PAPAYANWELL services, if appointments cancelled less than 12 hours prior, will be deemed as services rendered.  No-show’s will be deemed as services rendered.

All services are online based.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept refunds or exchanges at this moment. All products, merchandise and services purchased within PAPAYANWELL is FINAL SALE, we are sorry for any inconvenience.

SHIPPING AND CHARGES

Here at PAPAYANWELL we charge a flat rate for shipping and only ship to Canada and the U.S. Any extra or external charges will have to be covered by the recipient.

PAPAYANWELL is a small business we kindly ask that you allow 1-3weeks for your order to be shipped as we ship in bulk to help support the environment. You will then be notified with a tracking number when your item has been shipped.

Due to COVID - 19 some orders may be delayed during processing or shipping.

Please always ensure that you have completed your information correctly, to avoid errors in delivery and processing.

PRIVACY

Information disclosed and obtained during sessions within PAPAYANWELL is considered private and confidential and will never be shared with others.

COOKING LESSONS

The client releases the Nutritionist and PAPAYANWELL from any and all liability, accidents, injuries, diseases, damages, causes of action, allegations, misapplication of information, claims and demands whatsoever against PAPAYANWELL/Nutritionist. All items/classes final sale unless class is cancelled.
